Develop compassionate awareness for yourself and others during this weekend as you explore a combination weekend with a yogic-life focus. This weekend involves movement practice which is adaptable for everyone regardless of age, body perceptions, and experience.
Take a journey with Maren and Darcie. These two grew up together which gives them decades of years of friendship & laughter to draw upon. Between them there are diverse life-skills which compliment each other like nothing you've ever experienced before. Maren will lead by sharing her unique Service-focused style Yoga instruction and meditation experience, while Darcie provides support, holds a Space of Love, and gets her pigeon on!
What to Bring: -Yoga mats (and props) if you have them -- we'll have extras, but you might feel more comfortable using your own. -A journal or book to write in -Shoes/boots for outside walks -Instruments if you have any (guitars, drums, etc.) -- possible music session by the fire! If you don't have any, don't worry! -A few blankets -- Mexican blankets work well, but other varieties will work also (think something that will fold nicely and you don't mind having outside)
