Experience the gentle flowing, movements of Tai Chi and treat your whole body to a gentle and relaxing workout. One of the really great things about Tai Chi is being able to start from exactly where we are right now. Tai Chi will gradually extend your range of movement, assisting bodies, yes even those that feel really stiff right now, to become more supple and flexible. In addition to the slow and fluid movements of Tai Chi, it also requires concentration, control, co-ordination and balance. This combination of mental and physical activity works to harmonize the mind, body, & spirit, as well as promote feelings of well-being. It can even help us to embrace our Inner Warrior!!
This week also has the potential to go into more depth for those who have attended the weekend retreat and would like to continue building their physical practice and energetic repetoire. Participants also receive a DVD, instructed by Jane, to assist with continuation of home practice and sequences!
