Noble Silence

with Maren Hasse & Darcie Duffin Noble Silence. Light Meditation. Walking. Indulging in Nature. These 4 days and 4 nights are dedicated to Silence and Self-reflection. This week will include a very simple diet & light programming. It's mostly about being Silent and Slowing Down. Included in the light programming, we will have daily yoga and stretching, as well as meditation and committed time to the "3 S's: Stationary. Silence. Solitude". There will also be daily guided opportunities to share our experience, ask questions, and have reflections and feedback. |
