This is a well-rounded, full-on week to explore different ways our bodies move. There can many systems, practices, theories, and expectations regarding fitness, exercise, and movement. Drawing on training which has come in many forms this week will be a diverse range of movement, experience, and creativity.
We will have daily yoga and stretching to prepare our bodies for the day ahead, and depending on who registers and what their interests are, will depend on what the week looks like. We have world class hiking in the David Thompson Corridor, we have access to rock climbing, rappelling, canyoneering, kayaking, mountain bike trails (bring your own bike and please ensure it's in great working condition) etc. It's an outdoor adventure camp for adults!!
Each day will bring different movements and different surprises about what our bodies are capable of and what our minds may be telling our bodies . . . sometimes these stories are the same and sometimes they are different.
We will also incorporate a daily meditation practice to provide ourselves with the space to look deeper within.
Bring an open mind, a body ready to move, and a couple good books, cause, in our philosophy, rest is just as important as fitness!

Tuition: In keeping with the facilitators' personal philosophies, there is no set tuition for this course. Donations may be made directly to the facilitators.
