Eileen was first exposed to yoga in 2003. Her love yoga and interest in the teachings brought her to Costa Rica in 2007, where she obtained her fist of many certifications through the Nosara Yoga Institute. She has since been back serveral times, and now holds certifications in Pranassage, Advanced Level Teacher training, Self Awakening Yoga ( Nosara Yoga Therapeutics), and assisted in the 200 YYT offered at Nosara Yoga Institute. Eileen currently teaches classes in Edmonton, Alberta.
In the last 5 years, Eileen has had the opportunity to teach in many corporations in Edmonton, children’s yoga, yoga retreats, and is currently teaching at Healing Connections and Citadel Theatre in Edmonton.
It has brought joy and fulfillment into her life to share and educate others on their journey of yoga. Eileen teaches with compassion and enthusiasm, hoping to inspire as many people to start their own journey of self exploration thru the multi dimensional self.
A consummate educator, facilitator and practitioner of yoga, Fred draws from the experience of his own inquiry and shares it in a unique expression. He has become known as a loving, compassionate partner to individuals who are willing to look into the healing process as an opportunity for deep self transformation. Fred’s training through the Nosara Yoga Institute exceeds the standards established by the Yoga Alliance for professional level certification. Over the past 7 yrs. Fred has evolved through the roles of program assistant, to teacher, to assistant program director in many Nosara Yoga Institute courses at the advanced levels. He also co-directed YTT’s at the Moksana Yoga Center, Victoria B.C. and KI-Power Vinyasa, N.Y.C. He is a continuous learner and has the gift of translating his professional skillfulness into deeply supportive human contact and communication in classes, workshops, programs and private sessions he offers. His commitment to listening for the wisdom of the inner world of the student/client, help him to establish impeccable professional boundaries that focus the educational and healing processes in his work. Fred grew up in Queens N.Y., a valuable experience exposing him to multi-cultural life styles. Athletics & carpentry was & still is a part of his ever evolving creative self.
