What an incredible Kick Off Year it was for the Essential Life Series hosted at Sheiling Mountain Lodge!

We are super Humbled and Honored by all of the incredible and inspiring Facilitators and Retreatants who showed up and shared so much of themselves with us!

We are taking a bit of time to celebrate the success, as well as the ever deserved, important, and often over-looked Rest & Rejuvenation before we begin with the 2013 website.  

We are excited to announce that we already have programming ideas in the works as well as input and commitments from some returning and some new Facilitators!
